What is mild autism and how does it affect a child?

Autism
Black Rose Lover (Anti J-Bros)

I was diagnosed with mild autism when I was three-years-old. I have three questions:
(1) What is mild autism?
(2) How does it affect a child?
(3) Does it keep on going through your teen years, when you’re a teenager?

Thanks ♥

We are being relocated to Southern California and we are trying to decide where to live. Our biggest criteria being the public schools and the programs they offer for children with special needs. Our 7 year old has mild Autism and ADHD and he does not do so well in a traditional classroom with 20 kids. Any suggestions?

Does anyone have a child with Autism? I have, and I am scared to have another child?

My girl is almost 4 and has mild autism. She is receiving intervention once a week for 2 hrs, and also goes to a regular daycare centre once a week. She is so outspoken and wonderful, and people do not see she has autism unless they speak to her in sentences and questions. Does anyone else have a child affected about the same way? If so, how do you cope, and I would really love another child, but am scared out of my wits. What are your opinions please?
