How many of you here have autism?
What was your life like?
Mine was horrible! No real friends, been backstabbed, never got invited anywhere, people pretending to be my friends. I’ve been teased and harassed in elementary school. I had a best friend, until she turned into a total bitch! No normal life.
I don’t have autism but allot of people on Y!A do.
Your problems are probably not to do with you autism it’s just how life is, I’ve been through this I understand how you feel.

I’m proud of the fact that I have Asperger’s Syndrome diagnosed at the age of 30. Prior to that, nothing was known back in the 70′s, 80′s & early 90′s. I was significantly teased in school, didn’t have any friends, couldn’t socialise/communicate to anyone at all. I was never invited out and went out with my sister’s friends a lot of the time.
The beauty about this is:- I now teach & educate in Autism Awarness to the community & run my own business which I’m very proud of doing. I also write self help life courses for those who want to achieve the unknown and do their own life journey. So don’t worry, there are other people in the world just like you who relate wholly & totally to you just like I have done here now.
