My son has been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. I’m attempting a stepparent adoption and trying to terminate his bio father’s rights. He has not seen him for almost a year. His father is bipolar and refusing to take meds. I want to show the court how harmful it can be for him to just pop in and out of my son’s life, but I can’t find anything to use.
I am the mother of an 10 yr old boy who was diegnosed with ADHD, OCD and Autism.We are very close. He is very worried about me getting old. Even said that he does not want me to get any more b-days because he does not want me to get old. Tonight he asked if I was going to die because my b-day is comming up. And I said that is normal that when people gets old the will die. Well, all I will say is that he had a meltdown for about 2 hrs. I know he is going to ask me again, How can I aproach this matter, without hurting him? He was talking about not wanting to die, and that he was going to die any minute. He fell asleep crying in my arms, and to calm him down I had to say it was a mistake. It broke my heart.
My son is 5 and has asperberg and is need of a computer that has programs that he can learn basic thingas on for learning. I have my computer, but I use it for work. I need one for him so I can program it with learning materials. Can anyone help me or direct me in the right way?
My Brother He Has Autism He’s 9 Years Old. He Started To Talk When He Was About 2 And Then He Stop Talking. Right Now He Starting To Say Like “la la la” Or “dee dee”. Do You Think He Will Talk Now?
My oldest son is borderline autistic, and I was wondering if anyone else has kids with autism or who are autistic themselves.
Right now we live in Maine and the schools are terrible. We have 2 children with autism and one without. We are in search of a state that has good autism programs, schools, and where the state will cover the therapy costs (i.e. a ketie beckett program). I also would like the state to have long term care facilities for older children/adults with autism should we ever need them in the future.
A thriving job economy would be good too, my husband is a network engineer and would need to be able to find a job asap.

I am a Autistic person my self and i know that it wasnt cause by shots that i had when i was a small child. i know that my dad has byploer and my mom has ocd and add and i some who got autism out of the mix of that. so i can deffinitly tell you that autism is not caused by shots. i just want to know why people are so convince that that is the sole cause of Autism.
