Have you ever dated a person with Asperger’s or any other form of autism?
What was it like?
FYI, this doesn’t have anything to do with my personal life because I am married and he doesn’t have Asperger’s or any other form of autism.

What do you think is the best thing for a child with high functioning autism? A class of only other high functioning asd kids who will have some behavior problems he might copy, but he also might make good friends and feel comfortable there; part-time school / part-time homeschool; or full-time homeschool. Part-time self-contained/pt inclusion is not an option because he has no academic problems, just behavior and social ones, and the autism rooms are only for lower-functioning kids.
He has been in full-time inclusion for the past few years, but it doesn’t seem the best fit, I think the negatives of the social experience outweigh the positives.
And what the symptoms are? That would be awesome!
My nephew is 2 months old and he doesnt like to be held, he wont look at anyone, he only stretches he head backwards to look at a light or something else and he never seems happy… im worried that he might have something wrong with him like autism… does anyone have an autistic child and know how early you could see signs of autim? I know that not all ASD are inclined to math. What I’m asking are the strategies that parents or teachers had used that was proven effective in teaching mathematics to ASDs of different levels and degrees. I’m looking for other methods that are not computer based or needs any medication prior to any lecture. I’m living in the Philippines and we could not afford, not even the government to give those medications. I’ll be testing the methods you are to answer against TouchMath. I would appreciate it if you would as well include the source(s) of your replies.
He is an 8 year old Japanese student, and today is my class teaching him English. He is autistic, however previous teachers have dismissed this as behavioural problems. What tips can anyone give me to help teach him?
In my area local gas stations sell things like bracelets, or even if you donate a dollar, you sign a shamrock for March of Dimes, or a hot air balloon for Children’s Miracle Network. I thought about creating something like a puzzle piece and taking all of the proceeds and donating them to autism research groups. Are there any rules and regulations to do this sort of thing, are there permits or something that I need to get.
Has one of her kids been diagnosed with autism. I was only aware of the infant with Down Syndrome.
Just currious to know what you think?
If you are a parent what are your concerns and thoughts?
If you are a parent with a child with autism, when did you start to notice the symptoms?
Any suggestions for alternative options for non mercury vaccines or option of spacing out the vaccines.
I just find it alarming that in the 1970′s 1 in 10,000 children had autism; now 1 in 150 have autism!
Thanks for you input!
