Did anybody see that medical mysteries show a few months back pertaining to a false autism diagnosis of a little girl?

it had something to do with a little girl and her brother and the parents were told it was autism.But then the lady did research dn found that her daughter had the symptoms for some other rare disease that had to do with her neurons and not enough chemical signals. Anyways did anybody catch the name of that
show or the name of the disorder?

My mother had him when she was 32. If she had him when she was younger, would his chances of being diagnosed with Asperger’s be less?

My daughter has autism.She pees on the potty great but she says she is scared to poop on it. She knows when she has to go and i’m 100% sure of that. We’ve tried charts,prizes,promises of toys,”showing” her where poop goes when we change her and NOTHING works.She is very smart and this is one issue we need to get resolved. I will be forever grateful if someone here can help me. BTW she will not even sit on the potty and try to poop or anything even with a book.
No this is not a joke. I suggest you read up on autism. Its a serious thing not to be taken lightly. I came here to seriously ask for advice as i have seen similar questions on here about autism and potty training before. If anyone wants to insult me or my child then they have serious issues that they need to resolve.

My son was born 2 months early and even the doctor uses this as a need to wait and see, but I am just not comfortable with that option. My son is 20 months old and has a vocabulary of 5 words. I say vocabulary, but thats not 100% accurate in my opinion. The only word he says on a regular basis is Ma. He will sit in the middle of the floor and just play with his feet saying Ma…Ma…Ma until we tell him to stop. About 6 months ago I started trying to teach him some basic sign language in order to give him a communication and up until now it was working pretty well. He knows how to say please, more, eat and cup. However in the past week he has stopped using them. He said Dada at 10 months, but has stopped. He has no eye contact. As a baby he didn’t look at us during feedings and never babbled! He is also jumpy when we go to touch him at times. The only man he likes is my husband and if there is another man around he is stuck to his daddy like glue. I feel I should be concerned, do u?
